📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily site operations and ensure compliance with safety regulations and project timelines.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
• Monitor project progress and quality, addressing any issues promptly to ensure timely completion.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement work plans and schedules in collaboration with the project team.
• Ensure all construction activities adhere to company policies and industry standards.
• Train and mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of safety and excellence.
• Maintain accurate records of site activities and communicate progress reports to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in site supervision or construction management.
• Proficiency in using construction management software such as Procore, Primavera, or MS Project.
• Certification in Safety Management (e.g., OSHA, SMK3) is a plus.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Bali.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
