You'll use industry-standard tools and software, such as Housekeeping Management System (HMS) and Cleaning Checklist, to track and manage your tasks efficiently. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform daily room cleaning and maintenance according to established protocols and standards.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas for any damage or maintenance issues.
• Use cleaning equipment and supplies to ensure thorough and efficient cleaning.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following safety and hygiene protocols.
• Adhere to housekeeping policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Report any issues or concerns to the appropriate department or supervisor.
• Assist in the preparation of guest rooms for check-in and check-out.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in housekeeping or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment and supplies, as well as industry-standard software such as HMS.
• Valid ID and work permit for Bali, Indonesia.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
