📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Facilitate the onboarding process for international merchants, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
• Coordinate with cross-border payment partners to optimize transaction processing and reduce friction for merchants.
• Monitor and report on merchant performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Provide exceptional customer service to merchants, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to proactively address challenges.
• Collaborate with the operations team to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
• Conduct regular training sessions for merchants on best practices for cross-border payments.
• Analyze data to identify patterns and trends, contributing to strategic decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in merchant operations, cross-border payments, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of international payment regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with merchants.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with payment processing systems such as Stripe, PayPal, or similar platforms.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
