📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Review and validate financial documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Utilize advanced tools and software such as SAP and Oracle to streamline the validation process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely processing of financial transactions.
• Implement and maintain quality control measures to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial processes.
• Stay updated with the latest regulatory changes and industry best practices to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Provide training and support to junior staff on financial validation procedures and best practices.
• Analyze and report on validation processes to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure all financial documents are properly archived and maintained in accordance with company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial validation or a similar role.
• Proficient in using SAP and Oracle financial software.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and industry standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
