As an Interior & Civil Estimator, you will be responsible for creating accurate and detailed cost estimates for interior and civil construction projects. You will work closely with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure that estimates are realistic, feasible, and aligned with project goals. This role is crucial in helping our company deliver high-quality projects within budget and on time.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain accurate cost estimates for interior and civil construction projects using tools like MS Project and AutoCAD.
• Analyze project requirements and specifications to determine material, labor, and equipment costs.
• Prepare detailed cost breakdowns and reports for project approvals.
• Monitor project progress and adjust estimates as needed to ensure budget compliance.
• Collaborate with project teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve project efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide regular updates to project managers and stakeholders on project costs and financial performance.
• Participate in pre-bid meetings and tender evaluations to support the company's bidding strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cost estimation, preferably in the construction industry.
• Proficient in using MS Project, AutoCAD, and other relevant software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Indonesian construction industry standards and regulations.
• Certification in cost estimation or project management is a plus.
