📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for software and hardware products,Collaborate with product development teams to ensure documentation aligns with product requirements and specifications,Create user manuals, quick start guides, API documentation, and other technical resources,Review and edit technical content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Mentor and train junior technical writers and other team members as needed,Contribute to the continuous improvement of our documentation processes and tools

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical writing, with a focus on software or hardware documentation,Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to explain complex ideas clearly,Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken,Experience with documentation tools such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar platforms,Familiarity with version control systems like Git,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
