📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability.,Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Manage the accounting processes, including accounts payable and receivable, and general ledger.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely filing and payment of taxes.,Provide financial advice and guidance to the management team on financial matters.,Conduct regular financial audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and financial strategy.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance requirements.
