📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Promote and sell bakso products to customers.,Manage sales targets and performance.,Provide excellent customer service and support.,Maintain a clean and organized retail space.,Assist in inventory management and stock control.,Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotions and events.,Train and mentor new staff members.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.,Good knowledge of Indonesian market trends and consumer behavior.,Familiarity with sales software and point-of-sale systems.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Ability to lift and carry heavy items.,Valid ID and clean criminal record.
