Sourcing and screening job applicants to identify the most qualified candidates.Conducting initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.Assisting in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and plans.Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.Providing feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.Participating in team meetings and contributing to the overall success of the recruitment team.Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.🛠️ Keahlian
