📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that processes are efficient and effective.
  • Work closely with the management team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all departments.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of operations.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Manage and mentor a team of operations staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that operations are aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in operations management.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of operations management principles, processes, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
