📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity.,Manage and supervise a team of operational staff to ensure they meet their targets and objectives.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and other departments.,Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure the delivery of high-quality products or services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Proven experience in managing and supervising a team of operational staff.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in operations management.
