📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the maintenance and repair of all facilities and equipment.,Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.,Develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans.,Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns.,Train and mentor junior technicians.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.,Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities.,Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance-related issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance and repair.,Proven track record of successfully managing maintenance teams.,Strong knowledge of maintenance software and tools.,Certifications in relevant maintenance areas are a plus.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards is a plus.
