📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and supervise a team of drivers, ensuring they adhere to safety and operational standards.
  • Plan and coordinate routes to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods.
  • Inspect and maintain vehicles to ensure they are in optimal condition for safe and efficient operation.
  • Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle performance to optimize costs and efficiency.
  • Ensure all drivers are aware of and comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Report any incidents or issues to the appropriate personnel for resolution.
  • Participate in training and development programs for drivers to improve skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure all drivers are aware of and comply with company policies and procedures.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a driver in a similar role.
  • A valid driver's license and proof of good driving record.
  • Knowledge of and experience with fleet management systems.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proven track record of safety and efficiency in driving operations.
  • Familiarity with local traffic laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
