Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure they are performing at their best.,Develop and implement data analysis strategies that align with business goals and objectives.,Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.,Create and maintain data visualizations and reports that are easy to understand and communicate effectively.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide insights that help them achieve their goals.,Stay up-to-date with the latest data analysis tools, techniques, and best practices.,Ensure that our data is accurate, reliable, and used effectively to drive business decisions.,Identify and resolve data quality issues to ensure that our data is clean and ready for analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.,Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, with a strong background in data analysis and visualization.,Strong knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques, including SQL, Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.,Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Experience with data governance and data quality practices is a plus.,Familiarity with data mining and machine learning techniques is a plus.,Proven track record of delivering high-quality data analysis projects and insights.
