• Maintain detailed records of all repairs and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to promote repair services and upsell products.
• Participate in inventory management and stock control to ensure optimal stock levels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in iPhone repair and maintenance.
• Certification in Apple Authorized Service Provider (AASP) or equivalent.
