Sun Local Sejahtera is looking for a Deputy Cook to join our team. As a Deputy Cook, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our food is prepared to the highest standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Cook in preparing and cooking meals according to the restaurant's menu and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Ensure that all food is cooked to the correct temperature and served promptly.,Keep track of food inventory and place orders for ingredients as needed.,Assist in training and mentoring new staff members.,Follow all health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Participate in regular staff meetings and contribute to the overall management of the kitchen.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Cook or similar role.,Knowledge of Indonesian and Western cuisine.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Good knowledge of hygiene and food safety practices.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.
