Duta Intan Cafe & Coffee is seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Branch Manager to join our team in Ubud, Bali. In this role, you will play a crucial part in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our café, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and contributing to the overall success of the branch. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the café, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage and mentor a team of staff to maintain high standards of customer service and product quality.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and well-maintained café.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Assist in the development and execution of the branch's business plan and strategic initiatives.,Collaborate with the Head Office to ensure consistency in brand standards and operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or café industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving operational efficiency.,Strong understanding of café operations, including food and beverage service, inventory management, and customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.,Familiarity with marketing and sales strategies, and the ability to analyze sales data.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
