As a Customs Clearance Officer, you will work closely with our team to handle a variety of customs clearance tasks, including documentation, data entry, and communication with customs authorities. Your ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and your strong attention to detail will be crucial in ensuring the smooth and timely processing of our clients' shipments.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and manage import and export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bill of lading.
• Conduct customs clearance procedures, including filing customs declarations and paying duties and taxes.
• Coordinate with customs authorities, including the Directorate General of Customs and Excise (DJBC), to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Monitor and update customs clearance status for all shipments, providing regular reports to clients and internal teams.
• Assist in the resolution of customs-related issues and disputes, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in customs regulations and industry best practices.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, ensuring their shipments are processed efficiently and accurately.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new customs clearance processes and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customs clearance or a related field, preferably in the logistics industry.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations, including the Customs Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia (Peraturan Menteri Keuangan).
• Proficiency in using customs clearance software, such as SIMPED (Sistem Informasi Manajemen Pelayanan Bea dan Cukai).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
