📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain customer data in Salesforce and HubSpot to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Analyze customer interactions and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Implement and monitor CRM strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Generate regular reports on customer engagement metrics and present findings to senior management.
Provide exceptional customer support through various channels, including email, phone, and live chat.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in customer relationship management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement CRM initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer relationship management, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Proficient in using CRM software such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Certification in customer relationship management or a related field is a plus.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
