Apotek Elsa Sembako is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing growth strategies, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. This is a great opportunity to contribute to the success of a well-established pharmacy in Gresik, Jawa Timur.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and evaluate new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.,Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company goals.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business plans.,Monitor and report on business performance and KPIs.,Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay up-to-date on market trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or a related field.,Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant business software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
