🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role.,Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and other HR software.,Proven track record of successfully leading and developing teams.,Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.
