In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the production process, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production operations and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the production process to ensure efficiency and quality.,Monitor and maintain production equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.,Conduct regular inspections of the production area to identify and address any issues.,Develop and implement standard operating procedures to improve production efficiency.,Train and supervise junior production operators to ensure they are up-to-date with company standards and practices.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that production goals are met and that all necessary resources are available.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of production data and reports.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes and quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production operation role.,Proven track record of success in managing and optimizing production processes.,Strong knowledge of production equipment and machinery.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and management.,Familiarity with quality control and safety procedures.,Willingness to travel if required.
