In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. You will work closely with the finance team to support financial reporting and analysis. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.,Prepare and process monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Manage vendor and customer invoices, ensuring timely payment and accurate record-keeping.,Support the finance team in financial reporting and analysis, including budgeting and forecasting.,Assist in the preparation of financial close, including reconciling accounts and preparing closing entries.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial documentation and records.,Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in using accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent organizational and time-management skills.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.
