Bahagia Bimo Bakso is seeking a talented and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. We are a well-established bakso restaurant in Lubuklinggau, known for our delicious and authentic Indonesian dishes. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant and ensuring that we provide our customers with an exceptional dining experience.

This is a remote position, allowing you to manage our restaurant operations from anywhere while maintaining a strong connection with our team and customers.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage quality control.Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that the restaurant is maintained to a high standard.Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.Manage the restaurant's budget and financial performance.Train and develop the restaurant staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.Monitor customer feedback and make improvements to the dining experience as needed.Ensure that the restaurant is compliant with all local and national regulations.Represent the restaurant at industry events and networking opportunities.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations and trends.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Ability to work well in a team environment.Experience with remote management and technology tools is a plus.Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.🛠️ Keahlian
