📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Sourcing and screening potential candidates for various roles within the organization.
• Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.
• Collaborating with managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including coordinating with hiring managers and handling offer negotiations.
• Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and recruitment agencies.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and company policies.
• Providing regular reports on recruitment activities and metrics.
• Representing the company at career fairs and other recruitment events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant recruitment software.
• Understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Fluency in Indonesian language is a plus.
