📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the production process to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.,Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of production runs.,Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure adherence to quality control procedures.,Maintain and update production records and reports.,Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other relevant regulations.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure a high standard of performance and knowledge.,Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.,Ensure the safety of the production environment and compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.,Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other relevant regulations.,Experience in quality control and assurance processes.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with pharmaceutical manufacturing software and systems.
