Royal Leaf Jaya is looking for a talented HR Generalist to join our team in Samarinda, Kalimantan Timur. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievances.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the planning and execution of employee training programs.,Oversee benefits administration and ensure compliance with company policies.,Provide support to management in strategic HR planning and decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR Generalist role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
