📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist customers with product inquiries and purchases, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Manage cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales.
• Stock merchandise and ensure the store is well-organized and presentable.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
• Assist with promotional activities and events to drive sales and customer engagement.
• Learn and apply best practices in digital retail and customer service through our comprehensive training program.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
• Participate in regular feedback sessions to improve performance and skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail or customer service (preferred but not required).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Basic knowledge of digital platforms such as Shopee, Tokopedia, and Lazada is a plus.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
