In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our properties, including maintenance, security, and housekeeping. You will work closely with our property managers and maintenance teams to ensure that all facilities are well-maintained and functional. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of premium properties in Bali, including maintenance, security, and housekeeping.
• Ensure that all facilities meet the highest standards of comfort and efficiency.
• Coordinate with property managers and maintenance teams to address any issues or concerns promptly.
• Implement and enforce facility management policies and procedures.
• Monitor and maintain building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary upgrades.
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management, preferably in a luxury or high-end property setting.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and maintaining facilities in a tropical climate.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a team and interact with vendors and tenants.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with facility management software such as FM:pro, ServiceMax, or similar.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to obtain a security clearance.
