📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitoring server performance and ensuring optimal uptime.,Managing server hardware and software, including installations, updates, and troubleshooting.,Ensuring data backup and recovery processes are in place and functioning properly.,Managing user accounts and access permissions.,Collaborating with the IT team to implement new technologies and improve existing systems.,Providing technical support to employees and ensuring they have the tools they need to do their jobs.,Documenting server configurations and procedures for future reference.,Participating in on-call duties to address any server-related issues outside of regular business hours.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in server administration or a similar role.,Knowledge of server hardware and software, including Windows Server and Linux.,Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.,Familiarity with network protocols and security best practices.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Good communication skills, both written and verbal.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
