📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in site supervision and ensure construction activities comply with design specifications and safety standards.
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to manage materials and equipment.

• Prepare and maintain detailed construction reports and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction or architecture.
• Familiarity with construction software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in Indonesian and English, with basic Japanese being an advantage.
