📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, coffee, and tea.
• Engage with guests to understand their preferences and ensure their satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and well-stocked bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment.
• Follow food and safety regulations to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Assist in inventory management and ordering new supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with the team to create and implement new beverage recipes and promotions.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive guest experience.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Bar Barista or similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Familiarity with a variety of beverage preparation techniques, including espresso, latte art, and cocktail making.
• Knowledge of inventory management and basic accounting principles.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to lift and move up to 20 pounds (9 kg) of weight.
